 Our
villa may be rented out on a nightly or weekly basis.
To make a reservation a 50% deposit is required. The remainder
of the balance must be paid within 2 weeks of your stay. A
damage deposit of $150.00 is required for your visit. This will
be fully refunded following your stay. Payments are accepted
with a credit card through the secure PayPal System or by
cashier’s check. Reservations are fully refundable until 30 days
prior to your stay. We ask that you do not smoke in the villa.
